BRAND Ultra-Low Retention pipette tips are produced through a patented physicochemical prodess that provides a homogeneous defect-free surface. This results in an extremely low surface tesnion, over 50% less than PTFE. This significantly reuces sample loss and improves reproducibility. BRAND Ultra Low Retention tips have no additives than can leach out, or coatings to wash off. Fully autoclavable at 121 C without damage to surface properties.
BRAND 1000 microliter pipette tips are a thin-walled low waste tip that fits virtually all pipettes with a blue color code. Tip is 70mm long and has graduations at 250, 500 and 1000 microliters to allow easy referencing of pipetted volume. Bulk tips are tinted blue with cadmium-free dyes; racked tips are colorless, and placed in a blue colored tip tray for easy recognition.
All tips are produced under cleanroom conditions. Bulk tips are packed in resealable bags. New environmentally friendly refillable TipBox design is rigid and allows partial loading of multichannels. Hinged lid can be rotated 180 degrees to be a lift-off design. Environmentally friendly Tip Refills reload empty TipBoxes, and have 20% less waste. Sterile TipRefills have an included transfer aid to ensure sterility. TipStack includes two boxes and nested tips to save space. All components of the TipStack are recyclable.
