BRAND Ultra-Low Retention pipette tips are produced through a patented physicochemical prodess that provides a homogeneous defect-free surface. This results in an extremely low surface tesnion, over 50% less than PTFE. This significantly reuces sample loss and improves reproducibility. BRAND Ultra Low Retention tips have no additives than can leach out, or coatings to wash off. Fully autoclavable at 121 C without damage to surface properties.
BRAND filtered 1000 microliter pipette tips are a 70mm long tip for pipettes with a blue color code, that removes contaminating aerosols when pipetting volumes 1 milliliter or smaller. Graduations at 250, 500 and 1000 microliters for visual verification of volume. Non-self-sealing filters allow easy recovery of sample if filter is wetted. PE filters are free from additives.
All tips are produced under cleanroom conditions. New environmentally friendly refillable TipBox design is rigid and allows partial loading of multichannels.
