Cole-Parmer pipette tips are polypropylene and feature a pliable mouth that
eliminates the need for multiple pipettor rings and prevents air leaks. The unique
gripping action compensates for wear in the pipettor shaft. Beveled tip ends increase
accuracy and reproducibility.
High-quality resins and careful manufacturing eliminate RNase and DNase
contamination. Tips are autoclavable and available in bulk packs, nonsterile rack
packs, or sterile rack packs. Electron beam sterilization is less harsh on plastics than
gamma radiation and does not leave toxic residues like gas sterilization.
