Filter tips provide protection from sample carry-over while minimizing sample hang-up inside the tips. Endotoxin-free, high molecular weight polyethylene filters allow the pipette to draw by venting through a sponge-like pathway. Pathway pores have an average size of 10µL, allowing the capture of radionucleotides.
Tips use low-retention resin that is up to 10 times more hydrophobic than other polypropylene pipette tips, enabling viscous samples like protein solutions to dispense easily without collecting inside the tip. Sterilized by irradiation with validated medical grade processing. Autoclavable.
